 Hello all, glad to find a forum of waste oil heat builders. I have a half finished siphon gun conversion that I will soon be back to work on.

 I have operated, maintained, and repaired multi-million btu liquid phase heaters (Vapower units) for over a decade so this should slide along nicely.


Parts so far.

1.  Old Wayne gun style burner.
2.  4" Exhaust pipe to extend blast tube
3.  Nozzle heater block
4.  Pid controller
5.  K thermocouple
6.  Kagie retention head
7.  Float tank from old kerosene heater
8.  Combustion chamber build from 1/4" steel plate
