 Hello all, glad to find a forum of waste oil heat builders. I have a half finished siphon gun conversion that I will soon be back to work on.

 I have operated, maintained, and repaired multi-million btu liquid phase heaters (Vapower units) for over a decade so this should slide along nicely. :-\


Parts so far.

1.  Old Wayne gun style burner.
2.  4" Exhaust pipe to extend blast tube
3.  Nozzle heater block
4.  Pid controller
5.  K thermocouple
6.  Kagie retention head
7.  Float tank from old kerosene heater
8.  Combustion chamber build from 1/4" steel plate

 Ill get some pics for you in a few weeks when I get home, I am a Merchant Marine and still on duty for 2 1/2 more weeks.  Home is in Maryland. ;D
