has any body had a problem with there burner bogging bown and shutting off when the blower comes on?

What exactly do you have going on ?

as soon as the blower comes on the burner bogged down and then it shuts off the blower will to run and the burner sometimes reset it self and some times you have to press the reset  on the unit.

Ok..........this does not make any sense to me but lets see what we can figure out. The blower is turned on/off by the fan switch. What does the flame look like when this happens ? Is the oil gauge steady or does it bounce ?

it will run fine the flame is normal it is like the blower in pulling to mutch power on start up. we replaced the blower and the blower relay. I was told by the clean burn guys it allways did that.

If the blower is drawing to much power then it will trip the electrical breaker. Did you also replace the capacitor for the blower motor ?

If the reset is being tripped on the burner then you have an issue with the burner/pump/oil etc.

replaced he whole blower. I think it is drawing to mutch on startup. i will try to get a video of it

Like I said earlier if the blower is drawing to many amps the electrical breaker will trip. I assuming it is hard wired in to your breaker box with its own breaker ? I think you have another issue and a video would be great if you could.

Thank you for sending the video. It appears your on-board air compressor is shutting down. Lets start with cheap/easy things to check first. Clean air filter ? Double check all your wiring connections to make sure we do not have a loose connection somewhere. Especially in the on-board air wiring box where there are a few wire nuts and capacitor. Is the compressor still getting power when it shuts down ?

found the main power cables were loose tighend them up.
