Smoke in the house isnt good! I would say that your draft isnt pulling the smoke out the stack properly. Or maybe you are producing too much smoke? Does your stack look like a burning tire?

yes it throws smoke in to the house, i notice that i have black lines on my ceiling
i quess because smoke atracts it self to the coldests spots in the house.....
