Old time member of altfuels.
Ran hot air with modified beckett for many years in a steel shed.
New barn and lots of wood so stopped burning oil for a while.
Now have accumulated many hundreds of gallons of WMO and resurrecting the system.
Presently rigging the Beckett up to burn 25/75 #2/WMO mix with preheat as before.
Next will rebuild the modified burner with the syphon nozzle.
Power Engineer/ Mechanic by trade... Been burning fossil fuels for a long time.

Yes, Greta would be very angry with you  .

Sounds like you have some experience burning oil.  Pressure can work just fine, but you will be really pleased with a siphon.

I have received a few emails from Yahoo, is altfuelfurnace all done?  Maybe this forum can help fill the spot.  I never did much like the layout of the Yahoo groups.

Thanks Russ. Looking forward to getting my syphon nozzle set up going. Altfuelfurnace and all yahoo groups are no longer hosting files or anything so that's basically dead.
