hi all, just stumbled across the site after googleing waste oil heaters. looks like my kind of place. I will be asking lots of questions, stealing lots of ideas (why re-invent the wheel), and generally using the info on here to build my first oil burner heater. 
I like the look of the roger sandersdesign but also see there are a few mods/tweeks been developed on here so I'll just have to mix and match a bit of everything see what happens

Glad you found the site.  Good luck in your build and be sure to keep us updated on how your project is going.

I dont have any experience with the sanders heater, but there are some nice builds posted.

thanks russ, it's seeing some of the build threads on here that's helped me decide to give it a go
