I got a old R12 tank from friend, had a few rotors laying around, gonna see if i can put something together. Going for a Ozzirt? style
Here is what I got so far. Two rotors on the bottom, 3in exhaust pipe as a second burn chamber(still needs holes drilled), R12 tank with 3in inlet and 5in outlet cut into it, 5in Ducting(couldnt find 5in stove ducting. If it melts, I'll get 6in stove and fit on) but for now, this is trying it out.
Only down side is i think the heat will just go out the top. Maybe if i put a baffle in it,..
I also I thought so putting the tank on its side. And putting the oulet off the side.
^I think this is what I'm going to do then run a coil of copper tubing inside and use it as a portable pool heater. Friend has a small pool that needs some heat. I think this will do the trick,...
