What do you call this kind of drip heater that they pump in air? Is it injected, pumped, ram, inducted?

I'd like to research it but, I don't know what to call it.

It's a drip burner that has air pumped into with a blower instead of using a compressed air source. I guess it's called a forced air heater. The sanders heater has an update that's of this style. Looks like it can burn very clean. I'd like to build an other heater and was interested in this design.

Here's one in action.

Here's a MEN heater.

And this guy really gets some heat out of his burner but, takes it up one step, he pressurize his oil delivery system.
