I know this manual is from a different model, but the wiring may help you with yours.

This guy has four vids of how he improved his Ozzirt heater.

Here's a plan of an Ozzirt. I was wrong this has six primary holes and they are 6mm.

Your primary burner, why does it have so many holes and why are they so big? I've never built an Ozzirt heater so I have no experience with one. I'm not sure if the length on the secondary burner makes any difference. From looking other Ozzirts heaters they have less and smaller holes in the primary and the secondary burners seem to have more.

Is this what you were trying to build with the compressor tank?   http://love2diy.com/category/waste-oil-ozzirt-burner/

I've always thought the ozzirt heater was a good design. I'd go with the burner on the outside of the tank.

A little update on my 2013/2014 heating season. Here in Southern Michigan it was the coldest winter I ever knew living here all my life and it seemed like spring was long in getting here also. This season the burner ran for 3547 hours an used a new high of burning 1100 gallons. Hoping for a milder up coming season.

Peter,

When I needed a needle I bought a refrigerator ice maker plumbing kit. It had a needle valve in the kit and some extra parts I needed. I've also seen where some people have used a ball valve.

I can't say at what temperature waste oil burn with minimal emissions but, I would shoot no smoke.

The constant reheating of your mild steel will cause it to break down over time.

Peter,
Welcome to the site. My guess is to much fuel. Do you have a dip tube system designed yet? I see you dumped 2 or 3 cup down the air intake.

Philly,
Welcome to the forum. I'm not from your side of the Atlantic, but I'd like to know more about your burner, centrifuge and modification. I do have one question for you. After you mix wvo and wmo together after a time do the two oil separate?
