Hello I have just scounged a partially built waste oil heater made out of a propane cylinder.

Not sure where to go next, drip feed, or with forced air :-\

not sure about burner either :-\

Well, you have come to the right place.  Show us some pictures of what you are working with and maybe we can give you some ideas.
