Title: post burn nozzle drip
Post by: scarface193 on December 17, 2011, 05:50:53 pm
I have purchased a ckburner setup. everything is running, but i have a post shutoff nozzle drip that will continue to burn after shutoff. Sometimes a big flame sometimes a small flame. I have raised the front end of my float tank to allow for block drainage to no avail. Nozzle has no clog. Am running it at 5-6 psi. Am stomped as dont know what else to do, and its getting pretty cold quickly up here. any advice please!!

Scareface,
Welcome to the forum. I make sure the tip from your burner (nozzle) is tip up a little. So when your air pressure is stop the oil will flow back towards your constant level tank. How high is the centerline of your burner tube above the oil level of constant level tank.
