the good boys at dsi recycling were awesome both scott and dean.they would probably also have the parts if needed.i'll have to modify the swing out option i don't have with wire hung from the steel beam above to keep it suspended while servicing the unit in the future.for now i need one more little piece of info that was left out from their reply to me.the issue i'm having is where to hook up the last of the wires in the electrical gang box.there's the pump, blower fan,fan control and the wires that go to the burner through the terminal strip under the primary control.let me see if i could add pics now.....i think i have to modify my last post or something.

it's not letting me add pics to this post or a new post but it allows me to post text.maybe some settings are off.wtf? :-[ >:(
.there are as follows the wiring that's connected in the controller and everything connected to it after  that has been left intact and has worked as far as i know.then there's the gang box on top right corner with the following wires:3 for the fan control limit -red,black and what appears to be blue;black and white from the fan;black and white to the oil pump;red and white line in from switch;and 3 to the burner controller assembly white, orange black or blue.now starting with the process of elimination i would connect all white wires except the fan control to line neutral white, correct? and then what?...

hi,i'm new to this forum.i never been to one like this,it's usually the car forums.anyway,i've never installed a furnace before especially a commercial waste oil burner.i service them rarely because all my customers have natural gas one's or sometimes lp and mostly all residential.this unit has been modified coz i see it doesn't have the swing out burner assembly.also i believe this is not the right controller either.the electrical gang box has had it's wiring all taken apart.i downloaded the manual but in it's schematics that i'm not used to reading this style shows round male and female connectors-there aren't any and there is no hinge to swing this assembly out.i'm stumped on how to wire it from the gang box.hopefully from the pics you can see what wires are in the gang and where they should go.i started from line hot to the black on the fan control and then started to lose it.it's funny because i troubleshoot electronics and electrical but just can't get this one.i've done many ifc replacements, full boiler hook ups with 3 zones, etc.i'm no expert but my success rate is very high for the past 18 years-otherwise i don't get paid.i started cleaning drains and then it has escalated over the years to the electronics.i'm still learning of course.just the stack install alone took too long ,i'm pressed for time and thought that clean burn's manual would bail me out with their diagrams.there must have been a revision since 1986.this unit worked before disassembly by the previous owner who then sold it to the new owner who said it worked.i don't know i wasn't there.any help would help to steer me in the right direction if you can't help me here please .thanks.i will post this here first before adding the 6 pics i have because my prior to my test post failed after 3 attempts to send all this and images too..wtf?..
