Title: Repair and restore Siegler oil burner
Post by: Joe mamma on January 22, 2017, 12:16:13 pm
This is my attempt to document my repair and (sort of) restoration of a 1940's "vaporizing burner oil stove". I know nothing about this type of stove. I picked it for my garage/shop heat it because it was cheep and uses no electricity. Also, they where ALREADY designed by someone and where used for many years. My intent is to eventually burn waste oil.  ;D 8)

Wow, looks nice!  Good job. Is it producing heat?

My pictures wee a bit deceiving. They were meant as "examples" of various models of Siegler stove/heaters. But the one I bought is the first pic. (you only see the back) It is a project in-work.
